Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation charges

• No cancellation charge applies when a booking is cancelled more than seven complete days before the scheduled session.
• A 25% deduction from booking charges plus taxes applies from seven complete days through 72 hours before the session.
• A 50% deduction from booking charges plus taxes applies at the 48-hour boundary.
• A 75% deduction from the booking amount applies at the 24-hour boundary.
• 100% of charges plus taxes apply when a booking is cancelled on the same day or less than 24 hours before the session.

Non-refundable services

Video-conferencing charges are non-refundable in all circumstances. Food charges are non-refundable when the session or food order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Refund procedure

Cancellation instructions are accepted only in writing by email. Where a refund applies, it is returned to the bank account from which payment was made. The customer must provide the required bank details. Refunds are processed within 15 working days after cancellation, provided SNS ADR has received all required information.

Returns

SNS ADR primarily supplies room bookings and related services rather than physical goods; no colour printing or photocopy product option is offered.
