Invoice and TDS terms

SNS ADR states that its services are covered under section 194C and that TDS should be deducted at 2%. TDS should not be deducted from the GST component.

A Pro-Forma Invoice provides tentative booking charges and applicable taxes. Customers should review it carefully before making an advance payment. The final taxable invoice is issued at the end of the hearing with applicable additional charges.

Booking confirmation

• A booking is not guaranteed unless payment is received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
• If payment is not received by that time, SNS ADR has no obligation to hold the booking.
• If a booking is made more than 10 days before the session and payment is not received within 48 hours after receipt of the Pro-Forma Invoice, it may be cancelled without prior notice.
• Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and should not be considered confirmed until the required payment is received.

Payment terms

Bookings are prepaid online through Razorpay. A temporary room hold does not become a confirmed booking until SNS ADR receives and verifies the full Razorpay payment. Manual bookings, bank transfer, cheque, cash, and Paytm are not offered as customer payment methods.

Room and venue use

• The hearing room is available 15 minutes before the meeting for necessary arrangements.
• Once a meeting room is designated, the supplied policy states that it will not be changed.
• Hearing rooms may be used only for arbitrations, mediations, and meetings.
• Support staff and clerks must use the designated ground-floor sitting area. Drivers must use the designated stilt-level sitting area.
• Users must take care not to damage room furniture or decor.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted on the premises.
