How do I request a booking?
Compare the rooms and their session prices, select your preferred room, then enter one date, start and end times, attendee count, and services. Video conferencing, transcription, and buffet can also be added on final review. The site derives the chargeable sessions automatically.
Can I book below a room's minimum?
Yes. The room minimum is a pricing floor, so the minimum attendee tier applies even when your group is smaller.
When is a booking confirmed?
The selected room is held temporarily for six hours while payment confirmation is awaited. An online booking is confirmed after verified payment.
Can SNS ADR change the assigned room?
Yes. SNS ADR may change the assigned room later for approved operational reasons.
